Malie's Background
Malie's passion for beauty began in Hawaii, where she worked in the spa industry for over 15 years. She developed a deep appreciation for organic beauty products and holistic spa and wellness services during her time at Aveda and top-rated SpaHalekulani in Waikiki on the island of Oahu. Her attention to detail and love of the delicate art of lash extensions led her to open her first storefront, Lash Mix Studio, in San Francisco in 2015.

Malie believes that true beauty is holistic. It encompasses the essence of the soul, not just physical appearance, and radiates from within.
A profound spiritual awakening after her father's passing in early adulthood led Malie on a transformative journey. This path of healing included Reiki training (an energetic healing modality) and over 300 hours of yoga teacher training throughout the Bay Area and internationally. She furthered her education with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, focusing on the interconnectedness of Spirit, Mind, and Body. Currently, she is pursuing certification as a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator.
Malie's mission is to empower you to look and feel your best, inside and out. She views the eyes as a window to the soul and aims to guide you in letting your inner light shine bright.
